ESPN mentions the outcome of a Madden NFL Game Simulation of tonight’s Washington Redskins v. Dallas Cowboys (with the Cowboys playing in Washington) Sunday Night Football battle to close the Week 17 and The 2012 NFL Regular Season. While it predicts a close game, the Madden result – presumably played just once – has Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo throwing 4 interceptions.
Here’s the game summary:
Despite DeMarco Murray rushing for 133 yards, the Dallas offense chokes when it matters most, as Tony Romo reverts back to reckless form, throwing four interceptions, including two back-breakers in the fourth quarter, helping the Redskins pull out the 28-26 victory. On the flip side, Washington’s sensational rookie, Robert Griffin III, completes 21 of 27 passes for 253 yards and one touchdown, never turning the ball over, while also rushing for the game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
Well, let’ see how reality squares with the sim.
Stay tuned.
