YouTube Should Help Michelle Phan In Lawsuit
Michelle Phan is in a lawsuit against Ultra Records. The claim is that she did not have a license to use their music. Phan says she had an agreement with one of Ultra Records managers. The issue of whether that was in writing or not aside , YouTube should help Michelle.
The medium for the agreement was the YouTube website. YouTube should then send a message that it’s standing by its partners.
