Sam Mendes: Skyfall Director, And Daniel Craig, Return For James Bond 24

Daniel CraigSam Mendes, the critically acclaimed director of the hit James Bond movie Skyfall, and the 23rd installment in the most-successful movie franchise in history, is back to direct “Bond 24,” due for release in the UK on October 23, 2015 and in the US on November 6, 2015.

Bond producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said “Following the extraordinary success of Skyfall, we’re really excited to be working once again with Daniel Craig, Sam Mendes and John Logan.”

“I am very pleased that by giving me the time I need to honour all my theatre commitments, the producers have made it possible for me to direct Bond 24. I very much look forward to taking up the reins again, and to working with Daniel Craig, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli for a second time,” said Mendes.

Mendes comes back to direct Daniel Craig as James Bond 007, who has contracted to appear in Bond 24 and Bond 25. As of this writing, Mr. Craig is promoting Land Rover’s new Range Rover Sport in New York City, and promoting SAFE (Sponsored Arts For Education).

Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond film, earned $1.1 billion Worldwide, is the highest-grossing movie of all time in Britain, and the best-selling Bond film on DVD / Blue Ray.
