Raven Simone gets prize for dumbest quote of the week. On ABC’s The View Raven, the former Disney star, said she would not hire anyone with an “ethnic-sounding” name. Now she was referring to black names but to show you how awfully stupid her comment was, that could mean anything from Walter O”Malley to Barack Obama or Zennie Abraham – or how about Raven Simone?
What is galling is no one on The View called her on the comment. Ugh.
