As we move toward Election Day 2012, the stars are out for the reelection of President Barack Obama. According to Twitter celebrities like Jay-Z, Olivia Munn, Kerry Washington, Bruce Springsteen, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman, Katy Perry, and Eva Longoria are either out stumping for the President, or were out campaigning for him today, and over the last week before Tuesday, November 6th.
Jay-Z joins Bruce Springsteen in Columbus, Ohio for what will be the second to the last big Obama rally before election day. And “The Boss” was with POTUS in Madison, Wisconsin just hours before and earlier today.
Olivia Munn has traveled the country stumping for President Obama aboard one of the Obama Campaigns buses. Munn, the star of G4 and a hit with the Geek Community, has focused on getting college students registered to vote, and touts President Obama. Here’s Olivia:
There are people who say there’s not the same excitement for Obama, but that’s not exactly true. What’s happening is that there are people who are angry with the GOP for trying to stop minorities from voting. That is what has replaced whatever gap that others claim exist.
Stay tuned.
