Johnny Manziel did not have a substance abuse problem prior to being taken by the Cleveland Browns in the NFL Draft. The Browns caused his problem by not featuring him, playing him in a non-Airraid offense and bringing him into a new city without the proper orientation.
In short the Cleveland Browns should focus on their star and stop destroying him.
