The Golden State Warriors are winners on the basketball court, but in the court of law, they are getting clobbered.
In the recent California Environmental Quality Act compliance hearing on the Warriors New Arena, lawyers for the City of San Francisco made a massive error. They didn’t know that it could be easily discovered that there was no provision for a facility like what the Warriors want to build.
So when this fact was called up in court, they stumbled all over themselves to come up with an answer.
Judge Garrett Wong will announce his decision on July 18th.
