By John McDevitt. PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The City of Philadelphia today proclaimed April 22nd the “Day of the Developer.” The ninth annual Emerging Technologies for the Enterprise (“ETE”) Conference is drawing 500 global tech leaders to Philadelphia.
