Slack City Oakland is the description of a group that hangs out at Lake Merritt near the columns and performs interesting dance activities.
“Footwork” explained that Slack City is a way for people of all colors to come together in a fun way. Indeed, most of the people were sitting and watching Slack City members like “Footwork” do their dances, some which called for doing tightrope walks.
