Officials: Construction form dangling from rail guideway posed no threat
Hawaii News Now
A large form under construction on a rail guideway near the Pearl Highlands Shopping Center came free Sunday night and could be seen dangling from the structure. Honolulu rail officials are investigating the incident, and say no one was ever in any danger.
