Neil Diamond’s great song ‘Sweet Caroline’ was one I got massively sick of hearing Boston Red Sox fans sing at Oakland Athletics games – yes, you did read that correctly. But now, I love ‘Sweet Caroline’ in the wake of the horror Boston experienced over this last week.

After Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the two brothers responsible for the bombings, was captured on Friday, Boston celebrated. And to top it off, the Boston Red Sox invited Neil Diamond to sing ‘Sweet Caroline’:

Yes, Boston is back.
