Kim Kardashian has confirmed today that she will be filing for divorce against Kris Humphries.

This is ridiculous. It was YESTERDAY that Kim’s Fairytale Wedding was playing on E! This marriage according to People Magazine only lasted 72 days and Ryan Seacrest weighs in:

” “I’ve spoken to her briefly and she says she’s sad and got caught up in all that was going on,” Ryan Seacrest, who produces her show, said on his KIIS-FM radio program Monday morning.

Kardashian, 31, lists the date of separation as today, Oct. 31, 2011, and cites the usual “irreconcilable differences,” according to her Los Angeles Superior Court filing. ”

This all happened so fast: the two of them dating, the engagement, the wedding and now it is all coming to an end.

All I know is I am looking forward to seeing the next season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

It’s really insane, because the past month and a half I have seen headlines of magazines that talk about Kris and Kim getting divorced/splitting up and there has been so much press coverage about it in the tabloids that I didn’t believe it at all; so I wasn’t expecting this. It’s crazy that there was so much money (17 million dollars to be exact) spent on this wedding and E! even had the special air – and now it’s ending.

The reason being irreconcilable differences – it must have been hard for Humphries being in front of the camera all the time. This is really surprising though, I honestly expected this couple to last. It is kind of like a stab from Khloe almost since she didn’t have much faith in the marriage to begin with.
