Hotelied at Hotelied.com is a little used hotel booking social media site that estimates discounts for you based on your social media influence.
In my case, according to the website, I am entitled to a $102 per room night discount. Great. But there are so few hotel offerings that I can only conclude hotel marketers still don’t understand the power of social media.
Hotels should use sites like Hotelied and not just reward social media influencers but also ask them to say good things about their properties.
