For purposes of where this situation is, the name of that firm will not be disclosed here. But what needs to be done is for American Home Shield to step in and stop this forcing of bad actor businesses on AHS members. A firm could have a bad record of substandard service, yet AHS has people who will actually make sure that company keeps getting new victims into its focus. So, a firm that’s racist gets work. A firm that’s disrespectful to the elderly gets work. That should not happen. Rex Tibbens must stop this problem. Give my mother the true choice of a good firm and not be forced to use a bad one.
