Tucson’s Flores family, which runs the El Charro Cafés and Sir Veza’s Taco Garage, has opened a 10,000-square-foot restaurant at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Hecho en Vegas (“Made in Vegas”) celebrated its grand opening Wednesday.
