The City of Pacifica, California will demolish the hazardous costal apartments at 320 Esplanade. The process will start at 9 am today and continue to 4 pm.
The reason for the action is the continued erosion of the coastline where the apartments are situated. The apartments were red-tagged and the 20 unit apartment at 320 Esplanade and the 10-unit apartment at 330 Esplanade were evacuated.
