WKYC-TV The suspect was driving a red Ford Explorer. Before the shooting, witnesses reported hearing an argument. A 13-year-old boy was shot in the side and taken to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. He is in serious condition, according to Cleveland EMS.
