Supervisor Ferrell rightly points out that the proposed law singles out AirBnB and does not consider other web or mobile platforms.

One issue involves the collection of personal data as the law calls for. Why the data is needed by San Francisco is related to enforcement. But what will be done with the data is under question.

Other than that the proposed law has a lot of other problems that I will list in a blog post.
