Oakland gun slaying victim ID’d
San Francisco Chronicle (03-07) 12:45 PST OAKLAND — A man shot and killed this week in Oakland was identified Friday as 24-year-old Jacob Velasquez. Velasquez was shot on the 2500 block of 11th Avenue, a few blocks from Highland Hospital, about 10:35 p.m. Wednesday. |
