Fans locked out of R.I. Comic Con in line for ticket refunds / Gallery

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — People who bought tickets but couldn’t get in to the Rhode Island Comic Con on Saturday or Sunday will be able to get a refund from the place where they bought their tickets, the R.I. Convention Center’s general manager said Monday.
