The NFL Draft 2014 is around the corner next year in April, so it’s not too late to start tallying the best players in the nation.
Even with his first game stomach virus problem South Carolina Defensive End Jadeveon Clowney, with his unique combination of size and speed, has to be at the top of the list. Number two for me is Jake Matthews, the 6’5, 305 pound Offensive tackle from Texas A&M. He’s moved over to Luke Joechel’s position to become the best offensive lineman in the nation.
My list is ended by the amazing Tajh Boyd of Clemson, who had an amazing game against Syracuse, throwing for 450 yards and five touchdowns. In all, here’s the Zennie62 NFL Draft 2014 Top 10 – for now:
1. Jadeveon Clowney: 6’6, 272 pounds, Defensive end, South Carolina
2. Jake Matthews : 6’5, 305 pounds , Offensive tackle , Texas A&M
