UPDATE: Anthony Weiner Behind Christine Quinn In NY Mayor’s Race After Sexting News By The Dirty
As he’s running for Mayor of New York, former U.S. Congressman Anthony Weiner’s campaign was stunned by the release of photos he sent to a 22-year-old woman he met online last year, and well after he said he was a “different man,” who would not send photos to women online, or via text.
Not so.
Sadly, the one who’s really hurt by all of this is his wife Huma Abedin. The former top aide to Hillary Clinton, Ms. Abedin has elected to stand by her man, as these photos have been released. Essentially, Anthony Weiner has been cheating on Huma with other women.
Still, with all of that, he’s a heart-beat from being Mayor of New York. The bet here is that while he may be a good Mayor, his behavior’s not going to take a holiday in office.
I hope I’m wrong. But, as one who’s dream is to marry, it’s hurtful to see a man harm his wife the way Anthony Weiner has hurt Huma Abedin.
