The Sopranos. Favorite Tony Soprano Scenes | James Gandolfini RIP

James Gandolfini’s passing has ignited a wave of shows remembering favorite scenes from The Sopranos.

But even though this blogger mentioned the scene with then-NY Jets Coach Eric Mangini as his favorite, others on YouTube have noted what there faves are. This post lists them where videos could be found for them.

I would say my favorite moment from James Gandolfini was in The Sopranos. It was the part where he chased down Phil Leotardo wanting his money. You can find the video on YouTube by typing in “Tony Owns Phil”

“whatever happened with stop smelling the roses ha?” (line between him and christopher the night chris died)…. Jesus Christ, I still cant belive…. R.I.P. croatian fan.

And this is my other favorite series of scenes. It starts at the strip club The Bada Bing, where Ralphie gets upset because Denise, one of the performers who he got pregnant, tells him to f-off in front of the other guys. This leads Ralphie to confront Denise outside because he’s embarrassed. But when Ralphie said he basically didn’t care about Denise and would do nothing for her, or more vulgar words than that, she slapped him, and he returned the slap, she hit him, and he beats her to death.

When Ralphie returns inside, the guys, including Tony and Paulie and Silvio, ask what happened, and he lies, saying she fell. When Tony discovers what really happened, he goes to beat the crap out of Ralphie , but then is stopped because Ralphie’s a “made” guy. (Which means a fully initiated member of the Mafia, and “untouchable.”)

Later, Tony kills Ralphie when he learns that Ralphie killed his horse:

Here are both scenes, and be warned, they’re violent:

Tony Kills Ralphie:

There are more scenes, and I’ll present them when others mention them.

Stay tuned.
