SWSX Kicks Off Today: The Hackathon for Social Good!

sxsw-logo-2011-e1331152356668SWSX kicks off today, and runs between this Friday, March 8th, and March 17th, which just happens to be St. Patty’s Day. Thus, by that last day, there’s a good chance you’re going to be already hammered, but a well-informed drunk none the less. So let’s see a highlight of what’s happening at SXSW.

There’s so much going on at SWSX that the press center there can’t keep up with it all. How else to explain that there’s no one press release that covers ‘what’s happening today,’ or something like that. So, looking at the schedule, we have – a ton of stuff that started at 9:30 AM and goes to 12 midnight, starting, not stopping.

And before we get to that, here’s a SXSW video uploaded just 14 minutes ago, and called “O Conqueror – Memo 114” and for which there’s no audio:

OK, back to the schedule:

What did we miss? The Hackathon for Social Good! Actually, if you’re reading this, and it’s after 2 PM and not 6 PM CST, you can still check it out! Go to: AT&T Conference Center, Classroom 104, 1900 University Ave

Here’s the info:
