So the Alameda County D.A., Pamela Price (A.K.A. Auntie Pam); Has lost it!! She decided that it was an awesome idea to frame DeAndre Long for a crime that he didn’t commit! By crafting and fabricating a lie by charging him with multiple erroneous charges and enhancements of ROBBERY (211) & ASSAULT, over the theft of a B.I.K.E.!!! YES, I said a bike. I’m not talking about an e-bike; I’m talking about an old and rusted bike that peddles. AND IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED!!!
This woman literally gives less charges to murderers and child molesters!!!! This could send him to PRISON for YEARS!!!
Y’all know DeAndre!!! Y’all KNOW that he’s NOT capable of what she is trying to convict him of!!!
DeAndre and his family are appalled and very disheartened by this. They believe that this was the doing of the investigators and the DA; using his words against him, when he expressed that he was assaulted and the ACTUAL victim of the day in question. Due to the lack of evidence and the subversive approach/tactics used by the investigators prior to DeAndre’s arrest (Yes, arrested); the family believes he is being railroaded by the D.A.. Especially, when it is not the D.A.’s current position to include enhancements of priors to provide a basis and padding cases. Pamela Price went as far as issuing a WARRANT for DeAndre’s arrest and imprisonment at Santa Rita Correctional Facility. Don’t worry y’all, he’s free as of now and was Bonded out!
This whole ordeal has been clearly erroneous; with vast amounts of abuse regarding civil rights, mismanagement of judicial procedure, false allegations and reporting, lack of evidence, false imprisonment, extremely poor policing and investigating, and fallacies across the entire judicial system regarding his case.
There has still been NO evidence presented/provided to DeAndre to prove the charge(s) against him. Nor has a police report been presented/produced to the court or the Public Defenders Office. DeAndre also has not been assigned a Public Defender. Lastly, NO witnesses have been questioned/interviewed to either corroborate the investigators claims or DeAndre’s for which he was accused, arrested, and charged for.
