Trestle Glenn Robber Sought By Oakland Police Department

Oakland Police Need Help From the Public

Oakland, CA — The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from the media and the community in identifying a burglary suspect. Police have released this photo of the person they believe to be responsible for committing a residential burglary.
On February 2, 2013, during the day, a home burglary occurred in the Trestle Glenn Area not far from Lakeshore Avenue. The suspect entered the home and removed property. Prior to the suspect leaving the scene, a photo of the suspect was taken.
The suspect appears to be an African-American male with a medium complexion, 20 to 30 years old, 5’8”-5’9”, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black beanie, black T-shirt, black pants, and black shoes. After committing the burglary, the suspect fled with the stolen property in what investigators believe is a 1990’s Acura 4- door tan.
The attached photo shows the suspect after the commission of the crime.
