If you follow Zennie62.com, you’ll remember the woman I referred to as the “hot republican woman” who was saying all of those silly things about Michelle Obama after her speech at the Democratic National Convention. If you haven’t seen that video, here it is:
And note that she would not tell me her name, and didn’t give me a name afterward; she did refer to her website, but not herself. At any rate, that woman’s name is Scottie Hughes, and as I type this, she’s on Piers Morgan now, saying more wacky comments, and this time it’s about gun control, or against it.
And Scottie comes off as insensitive as she did at the DNC, and that’s the sad part of it all, because I want to believe she’s better than that. In the case of this conversation, people have lost their lives. I hope Scottie can take off her hat of couch potato conservative ideology.
The point is that guns should be exclusive to obtain, not freely available. The gun lobby is represented by people like Scottie, and the more they talk, the better gun control sounds as a solution.
I guess that’s why Pierce has her on?
