Chris Brown and Rihanna (Robyn Rihanna Fenty) were at the LA Lakers v. NY Knicks NBA Christmas Day Game and were sitting close and getting along in a lovey-dovey way. That would be fine except that Mr. Brown beat Rihanna’s face to an awful condition in 2009.
Rihanna’s a public figure sending the wrong message to her fans, especially those who are little girls growing up to be teenagers. It’s like the little girl who was on Oprah’s Show in 2009, saying that “maybe Rihanna deserved to get hit by Chris Brown.”
No one deserves that treatment, and it’s terrible to know there are children who believe someone does.
Do you believe Chris Brown is sorry?
Chris Brown and Rihanna don’t care about any of that, or Rihanna’s fans or anything wlse: they just want you to talk about them. And the reason for this, I think, is to sell records.
As long as they get buzz from haters, Chris Brown and Rihanna know that will translate to record sales. But what happens when things get weird with Karrueche Tran, his other girlfriend? Will Rihanna blow a fuse and Chris Brown reacts to that, and here we go again, almost four years later?
It’s all too much to risk for fleeting fame and a few more records sold.
Stay tuned.
