WBNG-TV PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia police say two city officers illegally detained a man during a pedestrian stop earlier this year. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Matthew Walsh and Marvin Jones were each suspended for 30 days with intent to dismiss. |
