3200 meals, and served 470 lbs chicken, 470 lbs salmon, 600 lbs tri-tip, 16 cases (640 lbs) sweet potatoes, 400 smoothies, 240 rotisserie chickens (in addition to jerk chicken). That totals to 1.5 lbs of meat per person!
