Who Is Marvatis Bryant Oakland Raiders Wide Receiver?
Marvatis Bryant was hired via trade by the Oakland Raiders in the 1st Round of the 2018 NFL Draft. But who is Marvatis Bryant?
Marvatis Bryant was the 2014 NFL Draft 4th Round Pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and from Clemson. His NFL Combine Report read that he would be a big play receiver, but also a kind of developmental project – mainly because he was drafted as a college junior.
The man who was born on December 20th, in Calhoun, South Carolina, was suspended for substance-abuse by the NFL for the 2016 season. He came back in 2017, but then was demoted to the practice squad – a move that led to him eventually asking to be traded.
At the time Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin said he would not trade him at the time in October of last year. But then the Steelers obviously changed their collective mind, and granted his wish in 2018.
The Raiders are getting a 4.27 40-yard-dash wide receiver, who wants a new start. He comes to an area where weed is legal, which could be an issue considering his past.
