First we have News Corporation exec Rebekah Brooks twice arrested on allegations that she paid police officers and public officials for information, and as the News of the World editor, was an alleged central figure in the phone hacking scandal. Now, we have Conservative Party Treasurer, er, now-former man, Peter Cruddas, saying that $250,000 would buy access to British Prime Minister David Cameron.
