I’m not going to go into the contents of the lawsuit, except to say that it’s not at all funny – to me. But what it does represent is an abuse of the legal process.
Whoever filed it should be made an example of, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of that law. Moreover, the filing of the case is malicious prosecution, and is a cause of action in Florida (in other words, grounds for a legal claim).
In Florida, Manziel can file a claim for both abuse of process and malicious prosecution.
