Kanye West Leads 54th Grammy 2012 Awards Nominations

According to Grammy.com, the legendary 14-time Grammy winner Kanye West leads all musicians with seven 54th Grammy 2012 Awards nominations, followed by Adele, The Foo Fighters, and Bruno Mars with six noms each, then Lil Wayne and Skrillex score five noms each.

For best new artist, Nicki Minaj, who once said that she wanted to be the black Lady Gaga, is certainly headed in that direction from a pure video distribution standpoint, and just might score “Best New Artist.” Her YouTube Video Playlist has drawn 196 million viewers and $196,000 in revenue since it was uploaded in May of this year.
