IndyBay Steals Zennie62 BART Cell Phone Content – Please Stop It Now

It’s not like IndyBay could have just had one of their writers blog their own version of the BART Cell Phone Cut Off Scandal, someone who goes by the “name” “ATU 1555” had to go and just plain copy my content, specifically my blog post called “BART Cell Phone and Computer Network Scandal: Transit Union Wants PUC Inquiry” and re-post it there at IndyBay, as you can see here.

That’s what ATU 1555 did on Friday, August 18th, here, and I was informed about it by someone who tried to leave a comment at my new blog Zennie62blog.com. Since I monitor comments before they’re posted, I discovered the theft.

Thanks, and now it’s best to explain how little respect I have for IndyBay for doing this.

My blog post came from a press release sent to me by Dan Cohen, who represents the BART Transit Union Workers. I created the post and installed it 6 days ago, on August 15, 2011. I first placed it at SFGate.com, then on Zennie62blog.com and it was repeated at SeattlePI.com, which also hosts my blog content.

(Want to see this? just Google “BART Cell Phone and Computer Network Scandal: Transit Union Wants PUC Inquiry,” and you will get this result: link.

I’m not on IndyBay. IndyBay has never approached me to be a contributor, and I’m certainly not interested in being one at this point, and after this action.

Just take it down. Stealing content is lame, to put it mildly.

Thanks.

Stay tuned.
