The sad news is that Muhammad Ali was placed on life support. The word is that Ali may not make it. I hope they are wrong.
He is simply the greatest athlete ever. But also the greatest anti-war spokesperson ever. He talked against the Vietnam War, and did not go into The Draft.
For me, Muhammad Ali was much more than boxing. He represented black self-determination and true American freedom.
