Oakland Mayor’s Race Candidate Ken Houston says that the reason Oakland’s in the position of possibly losing all of its sports teams is a dysfunctional Coliseum Joint Powers Authority, or JPA.
The Oakland Sports Forum was the only forum to focus just on the issue of sports in Oakland.
