While many reporters have San Francisco 49ers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh out the door and headed to Michigan after today’s game against the Arizona Cardinals, Fox Sports Jay Glazer reports that the matter is not a done deal. Moreover, Jay says the Raiders want him.

The problem is even if The Raiders do want Harbaugh they still have to go through the Rooney Rule process and interview a minority (black) prospect for the job. So that could yield a person the Raiders like better than Harbaugh.

But the fact is nothing has been signed or officially done. Except that Michigan officials are reportedly in the Bay Area and ready to fly Jim back to Ann Arbor on Monday for a press conference on Tuesday. They would not be there had Jim told them “mavbe”.
