OBOT City Of Oakland Issue About Gov – “Trash Night Heron” Thinks Of NAACP & Greg McConnell; Racism After decades of corruption in the City of Oakland regarding the Oakland Bulk and Oversized Terminal, and matters of fact hidden by a media so biased The Borgias would be proud, all a guy who calls himself Trash Night Heron can think of is the NAACP and Greg McConnell, after the news the City lost the lawsuit. That’s nothing less than racism. But that’s why Oakland is in the shape its in, right now. Too many who seek to divide without understanding the issues, and adding their prejudices, when no one asked. Oakland must do better. First, stop with the notion that OBOT is a coal terminal because it’s not. Second, know that there has been a plan to haul commodities but not necessarily coal. Third, understand that the OBOT is designed to handle iron ore, which is seven times dirtier than coal, in a way to reduce emissions to unprecedentedly low levels. This should be a time of what we used to do: collaborative planning. But we need to get the anti-intellectual element out of the way. Once again, congratulations to Phil Tagami on a victory against tyranny and corruption In Oakland Government. Stay tuned.
