The San Antonio Spurs beat the Memphis Grizzlies, sweeping them in four games, to head to the NBA Finals and make the NBA boring in the process.
At least the Golden State / Oakland Warriors can hang their heads high and say ‘At least we took them to a six game series.’
Now, the San Antonio Spurs, the NBA’s version of grass-growing television, wait for either the Miami Heat or The Indiana Pacers to finish their series.
One thing’s for sure, between the new stars in the Heat, and the upstart Pacers, at least it will not be a total loss, the finals.
But let’s take time to congratulate steady greatness, consider that Tim Duncan is one of the best in history and poised to get his fifth ring, and remember that we could get free Cibolo Mountain Premium Coffee at Valero Stores from 5 to 10 am in San Antonio.
And don’t forget, a Spurs win means Free Cibolo Mountain premium coffee courtesy of Valero Corner stores from 5-10am! #GoSpursGo
