Oakland Raiders Will Sign Two Non-Relocation Agreements For Las Vegas NFL Stadium
According to a well-placed source, the Oakland Raiders will sign not one but two non-Relocation agreements related to the planned NFL Las Vegas Stadium: one for the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and the other for Bank Of America. This is important because without the agreements getting a loan from Bank Of America for a 30-year term would be impossible. It would also make the interest rate for the Stadium Construction Bonds higher than previously anticipated, making the debt service load greater than the revenue stream from the hotel tax could sustain under certain circumstances.
