Highwire Coffee Roasters has used Ground Control for nearly four years in its cafes to transform its filter coffee, iced latte, tea and flash brewed coffee programs. Highwire is one of the most respected roasters in the Bay Area, CA, operating five cafes and serving as a pillar of the Bay Area coffee community.
