The Zennie62 blog and video accusing GOP Presidential Candidate Gov. Mitt Romney of illegal voter intimidation was confirmed by lawyers today.
Here’s the video:
And this is the part of the law that Mitt Romney violated:
Intimidation of Voters, 18 U.S.C. 594
Section 594 makes it illegal to use intimidation, threats, or coercion, or attempt to use any of these means, to interfere with the right of another to vote or vote as the individual chooses, or to cause the individual to vote or not vote for any particular candidate for federal office.
And here’s the first blog post on that:

Now, the Law Firm Search Engine reports that my charge that Section 18 USC § 594 should have been used as the point for a charge that voter intimidation, even under Citizen’s United, was illegal, is correct.
Here’s their Twitter tweet:
@zennie62 Colbert mentioned the UPW case on his show last night. You’re right to cite 18 USC § 594. The courts should vacate the UPW case.

Mitt Romney’s not playing by the rules in this election.
