Jane Wicker Crash: Wing Walker Never Expects That To Happen

Jane Wicker, a professional wing-walker, once told a reporter that she never expects to have an accident during her flights. Sadly, she had one on Saturday, and it was fatal.

Coming in for a dive, the plane turned at the wrong time in the flight, and like the 747 cargo plane that flew out of Afghanistan, stalled and crashed into the ground. The similarity in the flight patterns is shocking:

According to The New York Daily News, Jane Wicker said to WDTN-TV that her signature move that she planned to do at the show called for hanging underneath the plane’s wing by her feet and sitting on the bottom while the airplane is upside-down.

Yikes.

The Associated Press reports that Jane said “I’m never nervous or scared because I know if I do everything as I usually do, everything’s going to be just fine,” she told WDTN-TV.

In all my life, it never occurred to me that a wing walker could actually have an accident – it’s totally shocking to see one happen.

Jane Wicker Was To Marry Her Maintenance Guy

Ms. Wicker had planned to marry the man who works on her planes this year.

Stay tuned.
