Michael Bush May Find Chicago Bears Matt Forte Hostile To His Arrival

Michael Bush

Michael Bush left the Oakland Raiders to sign with the Chicago Bears today and for five-years and $14 million, $7 million guaranteed. The reception was, from Oakland Raiders fans, ho-hum, whereasChicago Bears fans were happy. But the person most unhappy with the deal was Chicago Bears star running back Matt Forte, himself. Forte, who’s still without a contract as of this writing, took to Twitter to show his displeasure and concern with the Bears move:

Matt Forte

@MattForte22 Just Keeping it real…hate it or love it @MattForte22 But as for not taking care of ur own and undervaluing a player under his market value is another story! #twitterrant Matt Forte ‏ @MattForte22 for the record I’m not mad at the signing of another running back. This is 4th time that’s happened. I embrace competition as well as help Fake Winterlander ‏ @winterlander When everyone says RB is a replaceable position… when is the last time a RB from the Bears went to a pro bowl? #PayForte??? Retweeted by Matt Forte Matt Forte ‏ @MattForte22 There’s only so many times a man that has done everything he’s been asked to do can be disrespected! Guess the GOOD GUYS do finish last….

And from the looks of those Twitter tweets, and the lack of any tweet welcoming Michael Bush to the Chicago Bears, Bush may meet a rather hostile Matt Forte when he hits the windy city. Stay tuned.
