BART Ready For Super Bowl 50 SF: 3rd Rail Replacement in Oakland at 12th Street City Center Station
BART is actually replacing a section of the electric 3rd rail that powers trains and in Downtown Oakland. Workers were in action at midnight and said the work would be done by this coming Monday. No word on if other stations would be worked on or when.
