(CNN) — The parents of Sarah Jones, a crew member killed while filming musician Gregg Allman’s biopic “Midnight Rider,” filed a wrongful death lawsuit Wednesday. Jones, a 27-year-old camera assistant, was killed by an oncoming train during production.
