Brought to New Orleans by Klint Kubiak, who came from his time as passing game coordinator with the San Francisco 49ers, the offense is based on the plays Kyle Shanahan used in Atlanta and San Francisco. It’s the most Carr has done in his NFL career. How he adjusts to this over the course of a game remains to be seen. If the Saints can be effective running the ball, then that’s less of a concern. But if they have to go to the air, they will be effective, but if Carr falters, the question will be how will NFL 5th Round Steal QB Spencer Rattler look in the system as the starter. Stay tuned.
