The reason for that name, as Ms. Broccoli said, will be evident in the film as it unfolds.
It’s the first Bond film for famed director Sam Mendes (Road To Perdition, Spider-Man), and if the experience goes well for him as he said, it will not be his last one.
The cast features the return of the excellent actor Daniel Craig as James Bond, but this time paired with a man who will be a worthy villain, Javier Bardem. Dame Judi Dench returns as “M,” and Naomi Harris and Berenice Marlohe are the latest in a long line of “Bond girls,” though it’s not clear either woman will play the classic stereotype.
For this film, expect the 50th year of Bond to be celebrated, and that means more action, venues, and stunts, and more stars – Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney and Ben Whishaw are also part of the movie, though they were not able to attend the press event.
