Johnny Manziel, the Cleveland Browns rookie QB playing against the Washington Redskins in an NFL Monday Night Preseason Game, was effective, going 7 for 16 for 65 yards and was more effective than Bryan Hoyer.
Given that Johnny Manziel is the guy the Browns want to start, they should just throw him in their and let him do it. He’s more than ready and is arguably playing a tad better than the more experienced Hoyer.
